You’re looking for more than just a listening ear—you want meaningful insight and guidance

You want a therapist who challenges you, calls you out when needed, and provides actionable tools and strategies to help you truly grow.

You’re looking for something different. Someone who respects your agency but isn’t afraid to challenge your thinking, offer fresh interpretations and help you uncover blind spots.

I can't tell you how often new patients share their frustration that their previous therapist never challenged them—and how much they wish they had. Therapy shouldn’t feel like you’re just venting into the void.  Or just talking without meaningful connection. You’re done with therapists who only nod along. You don’t want a space to just vent—you want someone who engages deeply and challenges you to grow.

You’re ready for a therapist who will:

  • Challenge you when needed.

  • Offer new insights and interpretations.

  • Equip you with practical tools and strategies to create the change you’ve been seeking.

“It’s good to be loved, but to be understood is profound.”

That’s where I come in.

As a directive therapist I believe in doing more than just listening- therapy should spark transformation. I’m here to provide you with thoughtful insights, offer alternative perspectives, and challenge you when it’s needed—all while honouring your autonomy and unique journey.

I’m immensely passionate about understanding the people I work with. And that is literally what we all desire, simply to feel understood. I approach every patient with curiosity, exploring why we behave, think, and feel as we do. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, explore solutions, and create a plan for real change.

I bring warmth, openness, and a genuine interest in your story.

I’m easy to talk to and will always meet you with honesty and empathy. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. My goal is to help you piece together the puzzle of your experiences so you can better understand yourself and make the changes you desire. The people I work with often tell me that our sessions leave them feeling truly seen and heard. They've mentioned how I have a knack for capturing the core of what they're going through—reading between the lines–when I recount their experiences. They appreciate the fact that I'm not afraid to challenge them when needed, as it pushes them to think more deeply and grow.

I wear many hats—mother, daughter, sister, friend—but my true superpowers lie in my ability to approach every situation with warmth, an open mind, and a non-judgmental attitude. I keep it real, I am easy to talk to, and honest— I will give it to you straight. At the heart of it, we’re all striving to uncover the truth and bring subconscious patterns into the light so they no longer hold us back. I’m here to guide you through that process.

The key to successful therapy lies in the connection between you and your therapist. If we don’t genuinely click—if there isn’t a real vibe—therapy simply won’t deliver the results you’re seeking. That’s why finding the right fit isn’t just important for you—it’s equally important for me. A strong, authentic connection is the foundation for meaningful growth and real change.
